If you arrived at this product, thank you so much. As you might know, last week a terrible earthquake shook my birth country: Venezuela. Chaos and devastation abound there now, and people are in desperate need of help.

As I've been working this past year on a clothing collection to be launched this next September, I thought it could be useful to launch this meaningful piece in advance, in order to motivate bigger donations to the noble people in trusted organizations that are actually saving people there.

SO, the deal is this: This is a PREORDER, meaning you buy your vest today but it will be sent to you with some delay (it was planned to be launched in September, but I will make and ship them before July 27th).

The Amor vest is the first piece from a collection called "Jardín Divino" (Divine Garden) and it is inspired by the endless rows of Calla lilies in my mom's garden where I played when I was a kid. It is a love letter to the sweet nostalgia and comfort of happy memories we treasure.

It is a fitted short vest adorned with a single Calla lily at the front that hides a panel of crochet hooks to close it.

At the back, there is a tone-over-tone handmade embroidery that represents a seed of Venezuela's traditional tree, the Araguaney. It signifies resilience, strength, and rebirth.
